a year or two prior to that, though, on a local chat board called Synerchat... We were introduced by a mutual
friend who thought we should know each other... It's all *his* fault! (But, god, he had great taste in

Well I met sharon offically at synerween two years ago... i had met her before i think but when
i saw her it felt like i knew her for years..we got along instantly. She was wearing her White dress and she
looked beautiful and we just drank together and had a blast. I hope she will remain in my life forever. =) -Belinda |

Hmm...let's recall the events....Okay
long story short. While buying tickets for a rave on Saturday, back in 99, my house got robbed and was hit
pretty hard. The plan was RaverDay at Great America and then the party following it later that night, but I
was going to cancel since my dad was driving up from LA that weekend. When my parents found out the house was
robbed (including my COMPUTER!), they both agreed it would be better for me to go to Great America and the
rave and have fun, instead staying at home and dwelling on the house being robbed. At Great America, I
happened to be sitting next to Sky Flier, where the SF Raves meeting spot was taking place, when I noticed
this cute Mexican guy that I started hanging out with. After realizing we had a lot in common, we hung out
the rest of the day at Great America until we were ready to leave and I went with him to his friend's house
and to wait for everyone to get there so we could all go to the party together. After a couple hours of
hanging out at this really cool house that was so close to Great America you could hear people on Drop Zone,
his friends showed up, all decked out in full-on candy beads from head to toe! So that is when Gary
introduced me to Wenci, Arune, Devin and SHARON, which took place at Stephen's house back in 99! -- Okay, so

Freshman Year in High School... Miss Walton's Intro to Science Class. I thought she looked like
a chinese Punky Brewster. She wore colored stockings and Black Reebok Hightops with Blue Shoelaces. I didn't
actually introduce myself then, that was when I first saw her. I sorta got to meet her through friends of
hers and we eventually became best friends around Junior/Senior year. She was the first person I came out to,
the first person I bought a Bra for, and the person who helped me overcome my shyness. -Arune |

It was the first week (?) of Awall's class, Color Theory. It was my first class in the morning,
and I'd just started college. I needed to meet people! I knew no one. I'd chosen a place to sit, but didn't
like it. But there was this girl, with flaming orange hair. It was quite bright, and like a moth, I honed in
on her glow. I thought "She looks cool, I'll ask if I can sit next to her." She said "Sure" and that was
almost 2 years ago! I met Sharon before she totally grew up, and we've had some fun party times, and fun

omg....you are not asking this! i believe it was at a party in santa
rosa....petaluma? somewhere far from SJ. i think it was the same night i met brie,
arune, devin and stephan. it all seems so long ago but in reality it was only like

god, i'm supposed to remember this? we could have met at beauty and
the beast, but the fiero was full (forget who was riding with wai) so she couldn't

Somewhere in the chaos in my past on Synerchat. (when it was a BBS not
via the net). Good old dial up. I think I even met her once when I was at one of the
meetings with my ex...not sure.It's all a blur really. All I know is that she was
super nice to me and always had great things to say. Shar made me smile. That about
